Embed on your website

The FeatValue WordPress plugin embeds the client portal on your own website. Clients stay on your domain instead of using only the FeatValue login.

What the embed is for

Use the embed when the portal should feel like part of your website: sign-in, tasks and documents appear on a WordPress page.

• Install the FeatValue plugin in WordPress
• Connect the site to your FeatValue company
• Place the portal on a page or in the theme

Where to find it

The FeatValue WordPress plugin lives in the WordPress plugin directory. In FeatValue, the look still lives under Logo and colors.

How it works

1. Install the plugin

   Install and activate FeatValue in WordPress. Without a connection the plugin uses the local embed as a fallback.

2. Connect the site

   Connect the WordPress site to your FeatValue company. Only then does the embedded UI load live portal data.

3. Place the embed on a page

   Put the portal on the WordPress page you want. Clients see sign-in and the adapted client UI there.

Permissions and plans

Whitelabeling and the look need Starter or higher. Starter The plugin is the way to show the portal on a WordPress page.

Troubleshooting

The embed stays empty

Check that the plugin is active and the site is connected to FeatValue. Without a connection the plugin only uses the local fallback.
