After the first onboarding finish FeatValue grants 10 days of Pro with 100 premium projects. You do not enter a credit card for that trial.

What the trial is for

The trial lets a new agency use Pro limits before a paid checkout.

• 10 days of Pro after the first wizard finish
• 100 premium-project slots for that period
• No credit card for this grant

Where to find it

You do not switch the trial on by hand. The first finish of the Onboarding wizard grants it when the company is not already on a paid plan.

Paid conversion later starts on the plan cards in the app. After you save the address, FeatValue opens Paddle checkout.

How it works

1. Finish onboarding the first time

   Complete or skip the wizard. The first finish grants the 10-day Pro period with 100 premium projects.

2. Use Pro features in the app

   Storage, premium projects, reporting and PDF forms follow the Pro plan for those 10 days. See Plans.

3. Keep a plan after the trial

   Open the plan cards through Upgrade, enter street, ZIP, city and country (VAT is optional), then continue to Paddle. See Upgrade and downgrade.

When the trial ends

If you do not pick a paid plan before the end, the company automatically moves to Free. Projects, tasks, clients and users stay. Nothing is deleted.

• Premium-project slots drop to 0. Every premium project is downgraded: its own workflow, extra task fields and full time planning go away. Details: Premium projects.
• Storage is 500 MB again.
• Reporting, PDF forms and signatures, and whitelabeling are no longer available. Those menu items open an upgrade.

Users get an e-mail three days before the end. After that you can still pick Starter, Pro or Enterprise through Upgrade.

Permissions and plans

The trial uses Pro limits. It does not replace a Paddle subscription. After you subscribe, the paid plan is the one that counts.

Troubleshooting

I did not get a trial

The grant runs on the first onboarding finish for a company that is not already on a paid plan. Invited users of an existing company do not start a new trial.
