Upgrade and downgrade

You change the company plan on the plan cards in the app. FeatValue swaps the Paddle subscription after you store a billing address.

What upgrades are for

Use this page to move from Free or a trial onto Starter or Pro, or to request Enterprise. The cards you see depend on the plan you already have.

Where to find it

Click Upgrade — on a Pro-only feature or in Settings → Company. Both lead to the plan cards.

How it works

1. Open the payment cards

   Switch monthly and yearly (cheaper). Choose Starter, Pro or Book demo for Enterprise.

2. Enter the billing address

   FeatValue asks for Street / House number, ZIP, City and Country. VAT ID (optional) is optional. If an address is already stored, checkout opens next.

3. Finish in Paddle

   New subscribers open Paddle checkout. If the company already has a subscription, FeatValue swaps that subscription to the new price.

Which cards you see

Free is not an in-app card. Plan limits: Plans. To leave a paid plan, use Cancellation.

Checkout does not start

Street, ZIP, city and country must be stored first. Open the address step again and save, then continue.

I only see Enterprise

Your company is already on Pro.
